Zen & Mushin Mind – My Way

In order to explain this concept, I have had to sit within and really pay attention to what I do to get to this ‘Zen’ state of mind. Some will say one requires all sorts of tools or a certain type of environment to achieve this level of awareness, I say it requires only the emptying of ones mind from the external and internal distractions to enter into the Zen Mind-state…

I now know through the process of trying (almost) all of the method/tools offered through various Souls, that the best tool for me to use is not only Free but it is Unconditionally in Love with Me… and that is the Power of my Heart.

Yes it may upset many people who will try to ‘sell’ us their tools, however it is your journey and no-one can travel it’s path but you. You may be drawn to using certain tools to help you to relax but don’t get caught up in the wild promises that vendors can glamour you with, use your Heart in determining if their products will help or hinder your journey.

Zen Mind and Mushin Mind are both the same in my understanding only the when using the term Mushin it generally refers to the Warrior and maintaining a certain state of mind during battle where no doubt enters ones mind and one is the weapon. As per these quoted words by the legendary Zen master Takuan Sōhō

The mind must always be in the state of ‘flowing,’ for when it stops anywhere that means the flow is interrupted and it is this interruption that is injurious to the well-being of the mind. In the case of the swordsman, it means death.
When the swordsman stands against his opponent, he is not to think of the opponent, nor of himself, nor of his enemy’s sword movements. He just stands there with his sword which, forgetful of all technique, is ready only to follow the dictates of the subconscious. The man has effaced himself as the wielder of the sword. When he strikes, it is not the man but the sword in the hand of the man’s subconscious that strikes.

In order for me to explain how I enter this state of mind or no-mind as some say it, I have recorded a video and also outlined some steps which may or may not work for you. Again, this is a process of letting go of the distractions of ‘How’ and to just ‘Be’… It is not an easy concept to explain but I will do my best… Enjoy x

Blood Flow Zazen (Meditation)

Once one knows how to enter Zen, One should not require tools for entry… However some bodies are helped to relax with tools such as:

A Silent Room or Safe Space
Calming Music
Incense or Essential Oils
Candles and Crystals
Bed or Floor or Comfy Chair

If tools are required for you, I recommend that as you ready each tool a Clearing request to dispell past energies and to place a Blessing for positive healing to be cast upon it, ready for your journey to Zen. Doing this will put one in a state of Gratitude for each items involvement.

Steps

Enter your Space and get comfortable (on Bed, Chair, Floor)
Close your Eyes and start the Deep Breathing (4 counts in… Hold… 4 counts out… Hold… repeat)
Place fingertips together against the side or underneath of your legs or atop your chest/tummy or just hold your hands together (the position you find most comfortable will depend on the position of your body)
Feel for your Heatbeat at first with your mind and then only with the touch.
Allow your awareness to follow your Heartbeat up and down your body wherever the veins go so does your mind
Sink into the Beat and go back to the beat if your Mind starts to wander away
Once you are here allow all to disappear and you are only left with the feeling of your body filling your senses
At this point One can feel the connection to all, as all have the Lifeforce of an internal Heartbeat
Realise that each living being is attached to a Great Overall Heartbeat of life and each being is experiencing a different Heartbeat from the singular Source of all Creation.
Each time Mind or Ego interrupt the flow of connection, remind them gently of their job to maintain the connection and they will go back to the task. The Subconscious directing the Conscious.
It can be intense when one walks through their day with their Heart beating so loud within their Mind – This is when you acknowledge the Beauty and Grace of your Heart and say Thank You for reminding me to go within, to breathe slowly and deeply, to enter the sanctuary of your Heart.

The School of Love

In each moment that we draw breath on our Glorious Planet that I call Gaia, we are gifted the opportunity to experience Love in the Material Realm.

Love is a word easily said, however rarely expressed in all its multitude of ways, and so with this in mind I have decided to dedicate my time to truly understanding Love in all it’s forms to be able to Live in Love and to Share this Love Learning to any who may feel drawn to reading my words.

How I experience Love, and How I see Love will be different to your perspective however one can only benefit from the opening of the mind on such an important subject.

I highly recommend this practice and that we all enter the School of Love through the Divine Pearl that hums gently within your body, let the Pearl that is Your Heart, teach you how to recognise Love and how to accept this free Love that is everywhere and in all things.

I will add an example of Love this morning, found in this simple exercise of Togetherness.

Togetherness came through the Joy of choosing crystals to wear today. I laid out our crystal holders and asked our two Earth Angels to please choose a crystal each for me and for themselves.

Their Joy and Excitement was so infectious and so welcomed, to have these 5 minutes together, to treat each other with the treasures of Gaia, was such a treasure in itself. We all need these little moments of Joy, and I am so grateful that I can share with you all.

I believe that our Beautiful World needs it’s People to remember the Love that Flows in every living being, and that without the Love that Gaia has for All of her Beings we wouldn’t be here today.

I am ever grateful for the Air that I breathe, The Water that I drink, The Earth that Sustains me and the Fire that Strengthens me. This Soul is forever grateful for any experience given to me for I see the Love of the Creator in All .

Reflection on the Unseen Web of Love

Yes! We are Winning!

I say We because even if you are unaware of your impact right now, I am here to tell you that You…

Yes, you, dear one are indeed very much Beloved, very much Supported and very much an Integral part of our Collective Ascension.

You see, I have found on deep reflection that when my light dims due to any reason, it is felt by the Collective (that is all of us) who then without realising it rebalance the overall light quotient by raising their own internal light…

I take a step out of the ‘limelight’ and this allows space for other Souls to Shine and share their Seeds of Light…

This is not to say that it is our task to lift others up, it is to say that We Do It Anyway…

This unseen balance of Energy that flows between all Beings is required for life to exist in harmony. I refer to Nature for a beautiful picture to visualise…

Imagine you can see through the dirt and like a vision on an x-ray, you can see the intricate network of unseen root systems, some are thick and gnarly, others are delicate like a spiders web, that weave and entwine, sustaining each other, in a balance so perfectly in synchronisation with the others needs that barely a heartbeat passes before the signal is sent and is answered with compassion.

If there was no compassion between Gaia’s Elementals, there would be no life… So a flow must and is maintained by the Divine Consciousness that is the Source of All Life.

This Divine Consciousness is what drives everything to the minutest detail, and it is what drives us Humans to constantly change and evolve so we can remember who we are and how we are able to live in peace because it is possible because that is our lesson here on Gaia, to learn from Her and from the Divine Consciousness how to live in the Harmonious Flow of Life whilst we are here…

I Am Light, You Are Light and when we All really remember that we can switch our Light on whenever and wherever we are, I promise you that life will be so much more fun for all. When we can look into another’s eyes and see ourselves, it radiates out love to all.

Once I realised the above, it certainly has helped my Mojo to raise back up, and I humbly thank each and every one of you that gave me a portion of their light to fill my cup to overflowing.

Reflection on Mirror Numbers

Good Afternoon Beautiful Souls,

As I ponder how to start this post I realise that this subject is so multi-faceted that I could write a book, however as countless magnificent Authors have already greatly contributed to the library shelves I will instead just zone in on my own reflection of the numbers that have snuck into my awareness today.

Now most of the time we read or hear talk of the Angel number, the calling card shall we say of our Spirit-form breathren. Those numbers are generally of the same number 3 or 4 digits and the numbers themselves mean various different things.

The Mirror number patterns are a little different… They are usually 4 numbers, 2 of each, for example; 22:44 or 12:12 etc… however I frequently see just two of the same i.e. 12:44. When it comes to the meaning of these combinations I personally believe it a more general sign and not nesessarily the attribute of the number itself.

So in general terms I believe it is my Higher Self confirming that what I am thinking and/or doing in that moment is in alignment with my Soul’s blueprint.

Today was/is a great example of how the ‘seeing’ of these numbers helps to keep Joy flowing through me. I had a wee bit of a rushed morning and so did not have too much time to myself before my dentist appointment however the urge to draw a card was giving me butterflies so I thought oh well lets do it live on facebook and see how time goes.

After I finished the record I always rewatch to allow the message to sink through for myself and I noted that I said the word Joy or refered to that word a few time during my chat prior to drawing the card. That I then revealed the Opal card with it’s message of Joy was in reflection so spot on…. as I think I could have spoken about anything and I had 50 something cards so the chances of the two subjects being aligned is Divine and I am so grateful.

So, onto the numbers, I hopped into my car to collect Miss Molly and the time said 12:44 and I smile… then I note the song is singing about Joy then I look at the km’s is says 557.7 and I laugh… A few metres along and I see the fuel is 149.9, now i’m laughing with God x These sightings on the way out had the thoughts about joy flowing in my head which is the medicine to keeping my depression at bay.

After I collect Miss Molly and we are heading home I remeber about my earlier thoughts (yes, they do disappear that fast) and I look at the speedo and see 577.5 and I said aloud (confusing Molly with my words no doubt) ‘Well Spirit, all I need to see now is Angel numbers and my day is complete ‘…. Lo and behold, but what should glide past my door but a black 4WD sporting the numbers 888 on its plate and then I quickly look at the clock and it says it’s 1:11pm….

I just cant wipe the smile from my face… because the quality of my thoughts at the time of seeng these numbers was positive, I was in the positive wave of energy and Spirit was saying hello… I believe it is a signal or a note to us, from our higher self (the Soul who I AM) that we are awake and aware and we are capable of many amazing deeds within this energy flow.

It is important to understand that everything is personal and to also not take things too personally… My experience or way of believing works the magic in my world but may have no effect in yours and even though we live side by side our ways are world’s apart. So when there is a general consensus on the ways and methods of say the meaning of seeing numbers doesn’t relate to you or it’s not understandable do not despair, as your time of understanding is yet to come and when you are ready, your body will speak to you the confirmation you seek.

I personally get skin shivers and an intensely good butterfly feeling in my chest when I know I am walking within the 5d as I feel their presence. We humans are only just waking back up to the magnificence of what our body is capable of and also the many unseen forces that support and guide us daily… call it intuition or Spirit, use the method of belief that Sings to Your Heart Song.

And so as I close this reflection I noted that the time says 14:44pm and I am feeling the Love x

Memories – Numerology Reading 11th April 2019

Meeting Caroline the Numerology Oracle

As much as Caroline may not like the label I have bestowed upon Her, I do… I feel that it is a fitting title to bestow upon her, her many years of training and practicing this ancient art has made me feel as though she is indeed like the fountain of knowledge that has awakened my Heart to the whys of who I am and enlightening me to the intricacies of my possible future that if I remain in alignment with my true self are indeed exciting to know.

Numerology is an incredibly Ancient art of foretelling of many different things but basically for me is so interesting because the numbers never lie… Not much room for misinterpretation and it certainly provides and interesting view on all matters in life.

My fortunate meeting with Caroline was divinely led, in that I didn’t seek Caroline’s services and she didn’t expect to meet me but meet we did at a crystal workshop on the 24th of March of 2019 (being a 3 day which lends itself to the aspects of creative expression in self and of others)…

I felt a kindred spirit had returned to my side, yet another Soul Family member had made herself known to me. As we attempted to do a little exercise with our crystal on each other Caroline saw my hands and said straight away, I can help you… My hands have a condition that are affected by stress and other external factors but mainly stress… Caroline informed me that she has been reading palms or practicing palmistry since she was a young girl and briefly we chatted about that aspect…

It wasn’t until Caroline gave me her business card to follow her up about my hand condition that I noticed that upon her card it read that she is a Numerology practitioner and teacher… My Heart Sung… I have followed numerology for many years and always wanted to learn more… How could I ask this Darling lady to do my reading or teach me when I have nothing to offer in return but my Heart-felt Love and Gratitude…

I didn’t need to ask, for when we met at her lovely abode a week later Caroline offered to read my numbers and my palms and on top of that she had brewed up a salve of Aloe Vera and Colloidal Silver for my hands (which is blissfully soothing) … I felt so very much loved… Caroline is the loving and nurturing mentor I have been searching for without really searching… Divine Will has brought us together.

Caroline and I had only met the one time prior to this first visit at her home and already she could tell me so much about myself and I openly accepted and soaked it all in much like the sea sponge that was a previous incarnation of mine prior to becoming human.

The layers of this beautiful Soul are intensely interesting, I love every part of her, from her honesty to her integrity, her offers of advice to her gentle bullying of feeding me. All done with Love and Honest language. I respect her and I adore her.

Now onto the receiving of my full Numerology Report… Like I wrote above, Caroline offered to crunch my numbers for me the first time I visited her and at that time I gratefully accepted as although I knew my life path number is a 7 that is about as far as my knowledge went.

And so it was on a Wednesday morning I believe it was the 3rd of April 2019 (which equals a number 1 day – marking new beginnings) that I again arrived at her home in Como, to describe it is like I entered into a different realm, full of love and care and gosh I loved the atmosphere that is her home, the sacred space she has lovingly created just put my Soul at instant ease and truly I just wanted to move right in!

I noticed in the dinning cum lounge area that there was a healing bed/table set up ready with crystals… My curiosity however had to wait because first things first I was swept into the kitchen for a cuppa and a quick chat with me finally coming clean with the underlying woe that I had tried to shield from her the first visit… I shouldn’t have tried to hide but then in the hiding of my woes and the subsequent telling her the full story became instantly clear there was no point hiding my true self from her, Caroline saw straight through me…

And so my story told in full to her we adjourned to the dinning room to discuss in detail the report that she had compiled for me… My Goodness 8 pages of typing! She reassured me “Bah this comes to me easily”. I am amazed and yet reassured because of her thoroughness to every little detail.

The details and specifics I will not go into however Caroline went through each section with me, further expanding on her writing and relating much of it to the stories I had told her… It was an amazing experience.

Caroline said that this reading was extra special to do because it was rare that she actually has the chance to meet her subjects face to face prior to doing her full report. Generally Clients who request a reading send their numbers through to her via email and so little communication happens before the report is presented. That she had had the opportunity to meet me and hear my story made writing her views so much more personal. I understand I am very fortunate as thankfully time and life circumstances allowed our meeting to happen… Well both Caroline and I agree that our Angelic Guides had a big hand in the getting us together… I am so grateful.

The report is so comprehensive and covers my life perfectly from start to finish. Although I am yet to finish out my 36th year in this body as this person I have foreseen what my life is to become and not just because of Caroline’s reading of my numbers but because her report backs up all I have been through and also the unspoken thoughts within my mind. I know that if I continue to live my life with my Heart and Soul in alignment with that which I believe to be my true focus of my future path then I will indeed walk with my numbers guiding my way… It’s not all fairy-tales and sparkles. Mine has been a tough life thus far and since my awakening 3 months ago and subsequent acceptance of my new path life I have actually got a tremendous amount of hope for my future… This coming from a soul who has tried and obviously failed a few times to leave this body prematurely… I am so thankful that I failed in those attempts… The dark did not win this soul… The Light has been turned on.

Now that I have Caroline’s report whenever the shadows come across I can reach for it and reassure myself of the grander plan in action. There is always hope.

I recommend with all of my being to any who is looking for some guidance to give Caroline a call or send her an email… I was guided to her by my Angels and She has certainly raised my inner Light to almost blinding…

I am on a spiritual journey now that I believe I have the Healing Journey and Motherhood Journey well under control… Or so I believe…

I may be new to blogging but I am certainly not new to speaking my mind and sharing my ‘wisdom’ with any Soul (in Body or not) who is within ear-shot to her me…
